Dust Hill is a small village in the frontier lands settled beneath the titanic shadow of Lohengrin's Hammer, one of the legendary Godbreakers once wielded by Lohengrin the Lyon. It is often the last stopping point for caravans making the long and harrowing journey across the vast red sands of the Forsaken Desert.

Arturo’s Fletchery
Arturo’s arrows are said to be some of the finest strung in all the world. The targets set up on the adobe’s roof test even the most accomplished archer’s accuracy.
Najat’s Cuisine
A small local eatery managed by Najat and his thirteen sons and daughters.
Jarmo’s Adobe
Jarmo, one of the townsguard, makes his home here with his wife Cornet and their son Falco, who can often be found swinging wooden swords around the Fountainwell.
Yaro’s Adobe
Chief Alder of Dust Hill, Yaro, lives in this multistory adobe. He owns the nearby Tolturn Quarry, but is known to be quite aloof to the goings on in his village.
The Fountainwell
As the scalding water from the Dry Spring was much too hot to drink, the early settlers of Dust Hill sunk a well deep beneath the sands to seek out drinkable water.

A large man who sports tattoos along the left side of his face in the fashion of the Squamare tribe, Sunder stocks his shop with everything a desert explorer would need.

Vercing, one of the townsguard, lives here with his aged mother, Renalda.
The Eaglet’s Tower
The tallest building in Dust Hill, from which you can see out over the Forsaken Desert to the Tolturn Quarry and the nearby settlement of Dry Salem.
Fowler’s Adobe
The home belonging to Tobler’s third cousin (twice removed), Fowler and his wife Lydia. His sister, Gelena, lives next door.
Merlot’s Atelier
The workshop of famed glassblower Merlot, who fashions the mirrors and glassware sold at Sunder’s Sundries.
Sandglass Mirror
Dust Hill artisans are famed all over the world for their looking glasses made from desert sands.

Rhine, captain of the Dust Hill townsguard, lives in this tower and watches the horizon for any would-be intruders. He keeps a sandwulf named Garza chained outside.
Clowe’s Lookout
Clowe, lieutenant of the townsguard, lives in this smaller watchtower. He keeps a decidedly less ferocious fennec named Matho inside.

The scorching hot waters of the Dry Spring provide warmth during the cool winter months, but during the summer it is best avoided.
