A bejeweled helm based on the barbutes worn by the sons of Croydon the Coldheart.

Bearded Axe

A heavy axe with a long hook, or “beard”. This type of axe was used by the warriors of Croydon the Coldheart.

A sharp and gleaming gilded axe. The Bern Axesmith modeled it on the offhand weapon favored by Croydon the Coldheart himself.

Hardy northron berries native to the Bleakwood. Commonly mashed and used to sweeten shaved ice and other treats.

Oleg’s Cottage

The home of Oleg, a local furrier, and his three daughters, Ruvina, Elinore and Templetina.

Bludkin’s Barbutes

An armorer of some repute, Bludkin is known far and wide for his exceptionally crafted barbutes.

Faleri’s Cottage

The home of Faleri, the only female member of the Northron Vanguard. She hones her highly touted axe throwing skills on the targets spread throughout the yard.

Nane’s Blokhut

The wealthy fur trader, Nane, makes his residence in this large cabin. Heads of beasts trapped and skinned by Nane are mounted on the walls all throughout the home.

The Olde North Pier

The first pier was built during the age of the Heroes, but was destroyed in their war against the Gods. Afterward, a new pier was built and continues to stand to this day.

Slocum’s Hostel

Slocum owns this inn where  lumberjacks, bushwhackers,  gamehunters, ice harvesters, furtrappers and local sots all come to unwind.

The Garudashop

Owned by Louvain, a hulking man nicknamed Garuda after the massive sothron bird. All manner of wares are sold here, from skins hunted in the wilds to local delicacies.

A bomb crafted by pyromancers out of lavarock.

A favorite treat among the natives of Bern Lake, shaved ice is often sweetened with bilberry juice.

The Bern Axesmith

A man known only as the Axesmith owns this shop. He is often found outside, grinding an axe with a whetstone along the shores of Bern Lake.

Currency of the realms of Man. Come in varieties of gold (10), silver (5) and bronze (1).

A simple axe perfect for chopping a tree, clearing brush or carving up an opponent.

Croydon’s Round

Town square built on the location said to be where Croydon the Coldheart gathered the men of Bern Lake for the final battle against the fiendish God, Fenryx.
