SCIENTIST THAT HAS HARNESSED THE POWER OF MANA

As Magick began to dwindle in the world, and Science and logic rose to take its place, certain mages left their disciplines to join akademies and laboratories. These arcanists, as they came to be known, learned to harness mana and use it as a power source. Former ferromancers, chronomancers and electromancers turned their eyes to more Scientific pursuits and formed Arcanist Guilds. These guilds soon began to spread across the world, ferried to and fro aboard their aeroships and accompanied by their automaton assistants. Now, nearly every major settlement boasts its own Arcanist Guild, with large metropolises like Baron’s Cove and Yverdon boasting several competing guilds. The Guilds are administered by the Board of Masters, which is headquartered in the city of Llandrilo and lead by Grandmaster Ludolph of St. Helena.
